• Never perform repairs on your device yourself.
Repairs to electric devices may only be carried out by the responsible
Vorwerk customer service department.
If your device is not working properly, it may be due to one of the following
causes:

Possible causes and rectification
Filter cover has
become detached
from the device.
It is possible you have bumped against the opened cover.
Reinsert the cover:
•
Lay the Kobold VK150 Vacuum cleaner
horizontally on the floor.
•
Place the filter cover
in a 60° angle
onto the pivots
of the device.
•
Strongly push the filter cover
with the studs
into the pivots
until they snap in with a click.
The Vacuum
cleaner releases an
unpleasant odour.
The Premium Filter bag FP140/150 has lost the
ability to retain odours even though it is not full.
•
Exchange the Premium Filter bag and insert
a new Dovina fragrance chip.
•
Thoroughly clean the suction channel of the
Vacuum cleaner and/or the connected device
as well as the Motor protection filter.
