Make preparations up to this point at home if you
know that you will need the snow chains later
when driving.
Chain
The wheel bolts must not be tightened when
tightening the adapter.
Do not use an impact bolt tightener for this
work.

Installing

─ Torque-tighten the adapter to
75 Nm (55
lbf.ft.)
. Use a torque wrench or a socket
wrench kit.
─ Make sure that the adapter is installed
securely.
─ Stretch out the chain and extend the four
arms.
─ Open the safety catch.
─ Place the chain on the wheel.
