After connecting to a mobile phone, the address
book entries can be opened and organized via the
phone controls

Opening and searching the phone book

Press the
PHONE
function button
in the
main menu to open the address book.
•
Browse the address book by turning the tuning
knob

Press tagged address book entries or press the
tuning knob to start a call.
If there is only one telephone number saved under
an entry, a direct connection will be made to that
number.
If several numbers are saved under one entry, they
will be identified by this symbol
. By pressing the
address book entry, or by pressing the tuning
knob, all numbers saved under that entry will be
displayed.

Press the
function button in the
Address
book
menu to view
all
numbers saved under this
entry.
•
Press the tagged telephone number or press
the tuning knob to start a call.
Up to 2500 address book entries can be man-
aged using the telephone controls.

Open the phone book.
•
Press the
function button.
•
Enter the name you are looking for in the
search field.
For each character that is entered, corresponding
suggestions from the address book will appear in
the entry field.
If no name is suggested during the entry of a char-
acter, it means that there are no entries in the ad-
dress book which begin with the characters en-
tered.
