Select channel and use [Pattern] hot key to show grid patterns in all projectors with different color
for easy alignment.
Apply [2X2 Corner] geometry alignment and draw the corners to expected locations. Please make
sure the image size in all projectors should be similar. Otherwise, user can’t align the grid patterns
on the overlapped area correctly. You may see some image is outside or inside the screen
borders. It doesn’t matter. You can use Curve alignment to correct it.
If user doesn’t use Excel file to calculate the image size for each projector, please try to set the
same image projection height prior to geometry adjustment. In this case, the image width for all
projectors will be also similar. The next step is to do manual projector position adjustment with
reasonable overlap pixels.
If user finds the grid size between adjacent projectors is different. It means the projection image
sizes between two projectors are different. User needs to do further adjustment by [2x2 Corner].
In curved screen the overlap grid size between two adjacent projectors will be different. User
needs to adjust the image by [2x2 corner] adjustment to let two projectors have the same grid
number in overlapped area. Further alignment can be done by curve adjustment.
Apply [3x3 Curved] geometry alignment to draw the edge center points and center line of the
image to meet edges and center line of screen.
Please use [5X3 Curved] to do further alignment. If the grids in overlap area can’t match together,
please align the top edge first to let the grids from two projectors align together, then to alignment
the rest points of the vertical lines following the same vertical locations.
Then use [9x5 Curved] for image fine-tune.
All horizontal lines should be matched together and two vertical border lines in edge blending
region should be accurately stacked. These two lines will affect the positions for black level uplift
compensation.
After the above processes, if the grid pattern in edge blending area still can’t stack together, user
can try reduce one or two overlap grids. It will increase the accuracy in geometry alignment.
[Gwarp] PC tool should be applied if OSD alignment can’t meet final requirement. Before using
Gwarp tool, please store manual settings into [Profile] temporarily.

Video Wall setting (Image split and allocation)
After geometry adjustment, video wall setting is required. The functions of video wall are as follows:
Split the image for different projectors (Zoom)
Determine the location of the image for each projector. (Pan)
To set proper overlap region in the edge between projectors (Overlap)
Example for 3x1 horizontal edge blending Video Wall setting
