Updating
Your
Player
Your
player
has
the
ability
to
download
and
install
product
updates
.
All
you
need
is
an
Internet
connection
- wired
or
wireless
.
There
are
two
methods
you
can
choose
from
to
update
your
player
:
using
the
USB
thumb
drive
or
using
the
Internet
connection
.
Updating
your
player
via
USB
1.
Download
the
software
from
www
.
vizio
.
com
to
the
root
directory
of
a
USB
thumb
drive
.
Notes
:
The
USB
storage
device
should
be
1
GB
or
larger
with
at
least
100
MB
of
free
space
and
formatted
FAT
32.
NTFS
and
other
file
systems
are
not
supported
.
The
USB
storage
device
must
not
have
other
.
iso
or
.
dat
files
in
the
root
directory
.
2.
Connect
the
USB
storage
device
to
the
USB
port
on
the
back
of
your
player
.
3.
Follow
the
on
-
screen
instructions
to
update
your
player
.
Updating
your
player
via
the
Internet
When
a
new
software
update
is
available
,
a
message
will
be
displayed
on
the
Home
menu
.
To
update
the
software
:
1.
Connect
your
Blu
-
ray
player
to
your
home
network
(
see
Connecting
to
your
home
network
on
page
18).

Press
the
