Removing the Type-CP Reel
Camera Heads

After the camera head is completely off
of the spring, unscrew the floating
camera nut from the base of the
camera by turning it counterclockwise.
Firmly grasp the connector base and
carefully pull it out of the camera base.
Clean off any grease and debris from
the o
–
rings at the base of the camera
and connection plug if needed.
Store the camera head in a clean dry
place to prevent corrosion to any
camera parts and prevent the pins from
being damaged.
If storing for long periods of time
remove the skid from the camera head.
