Automatic programs (button 12) «MENU»

Press the button (12) to select an automatic pro-
gram, the program number will be shown on the
display (14) with the symbol (26).
There are 13 automatic programs total:

1. «BASIC MODE»

Includes  all  stages  of  bread  making:  dough
kneading, proofing (rising) and baking. You can
also  add  necessary  ingredients  to  improve  the
taste of the ready pastry by putting them into the
container (5).

2. «FRENCH BREAD»

Bread  making  takes  more  time,  the  bread  has
large porous crumb and crispy crust.

3. «WHOLE-WHEAT BREAD»

Bake healthy bread of fine or crude flour. It is not
recommended  to  use  the  delay  function  when
making  this  bread  as  that  may  cause  undesir-
able effects.

4. «FAST BAKING»

Bread making takes less time than in the «BASIC
MODE», but the bread is usually smaller in size
and has denser crumb.

5.

«SWEET BREAD»

Add  leaven  or  soda  to  sweet  dough  and  bake
savory pastry.

6

«EXTRA FAST»

Very fast baking. As a rule, the bread is smaller
in  size  and  has  denser  crumb  compared  to  the
«FAST  BAKING»  program.Use  leaven  or  bak-
ing  soda  for  baking.  If  during  the  initial  knead-
ing  the  dry  ingredients  collect  in  the  corners  of
the baking form (7), switch the standby mode on
by pressing the «START/STOP» button (15) and
knead the dough with a plastic kitchen spatula.
Switch the program on by pressing the «START/
STOP» button (15).

7.  «EXPRESS BAKING»

Baking bread in one hour. Use leaven or baking
soda for baking. This bread is the smallest in size
and has the densest crumb.

Attention!  When  selecting  the  automatic  pro-
grams  7  and  8  pour  water  with  the  temperature
of 48-50°С into the baking form (7) (use cooking
thermometer for measuring water temperature).
Water temperature plays the crucial role in extra
fast and express bread making: if it is too low, the
dough will not rise in time, and excessively high
water temperature will result in yeast destruction.

8.  «DOUGH MAKING»

The bread maker kneads dough and lets it rise.
Use  this  dough  for  further  making  of  home-
baked pastry (pies, pizza, etc.).

9.  «JAM»

Make savory homemade jam, marmalade or con-
fiture.  Cut  the  fruit  before  making  jam,  marma-
lade or confiture.

10. «CAKE»

Program for making sweet pastry. This program
allows adding supplementary ingredients which
improve the quality and taste of pastry.

11.

«SANDWICH»

Program  for  baking  bread  with  soft  crumb  and
thin crust.

12.

«BAKING»

Bread maker works as an ordinary electric oven.
The  program  does  not  include  dough  kneading
and rising modes. The program is used for bak-
ing from ready-made dough or for baked bread
additional browning.

13.

«YOGURT»

Low heating only. You can set the yogurt making
time from 6 to 12 hours with 30 minutes step (the
preset time by default: 8 hours).
