The Fireplace Insert model come with a pedestal
that has to be attached prior to installation:
1. Remove the unit from the box.
2. Remove the pedestal from the hopper.
3. Place the unit on its back on the pallet.
4. Back the four (4)

” hex head screws in the
base off three (3) to four (4) full turns.
5. Secure the pedestal to the unit by tightening
the four (4) 5 /
16
” hex head screws around the
outside of the pedestal (see Figure 12).
