3.4.2.2 Modify data on an existing patient.
Select the patient whose data you wish to modify and click
Modify.
Make the changes needed and click
OK
to register the new data. A dialog box
asking to confirm the changes will be displayed. If confirmed, the changes will be
saved. If not confirmed, it will bring you back to the data modification screen. Click
Cancel
to cancel the changes made.

Delete a patient’s data
Select a patient whose data you wish to delete and clickon
Delete
.
You will be asked to confirm before deleting the patient’s data.
