A. Patient History
Each time a measurement is guided by a sound pattern, it is classified into one of
the following 5 groups, conveniently defined and identified by a number and an
associated color:

1 --- Plateau --- Bright green
o
2 --- Plateau/Seesaw --- Olive green
o
3 --- Seesaw --- Yellow
o
4 --- Seesaw/Ladder --- Orange
o
5 --- Ladder --- Red
