For analogue LL and X.21 and an unframed E1, the port configuration is the
configuration for that interface.
For a framed E1, the first port configuration is the configuration for the interface. The
first timeslot or group of timeslots, and subsequent ports configurations are the
configuration for further timeslots or groups of timeslots. All the ports have the same
devname in this case.
The examples below show a port section labelled ‘Port 1’.
