Oven Control Board Removal 

The Oven Control Board is located above the oven 
cavity in the front of the component compartment. 
It is used to control all oven functions. Double 
ovens have two control boards, one for each oven. 
The upper oven control board is on the left and the 
lower oven control board is on the right. 

 

WARNING:

 Disconnect power to oven 

before servicing. Follow lockout/tagout 
procedures. 

CAUTION:

 Some areas of the oven 

interior are sharp; wear protective gloves to 
avoid injury.

 

 

Condition Requirements: 

Partial Access to Control Components 

1.

 

Disconnect all connectors from the control 
board. 

2.

 

Remove six screws and the control board 
from the oven 

 

3.

 

Reverse procedure for installation. 

Oven Light Switch Removal 

The Oven Light Switch is located on the control 
panel. It is used to turn the oven lights on or off. 

 

WARNING:

 Disconnect power to oven 

before servicing. Follow lockout/tagout 
procedures. 

CAUTION:

 Some areas of the oven 

interior are sharp; wear protective gloves to 
avoid injury.

 

 

Condition Requirements: 

Partial Access to Control Components 

1.

 

Pull to remove the button from the switch. 

2.

 

Remove the knurled nut and the light 
switch from the control panel. 

3.

 

Disconnect the light switch wires at the 
connectors. 

 

4.

 

Reverse procedure for installation.
