Clean the sensor well for flue gas temperature sensor.

Remove the flue ash from the chimney.

Check the cover and door packing cords and replace if re-
quired.

Check all installed position switches.

Maintenance of moving parts (shafts and bearings)

Replace the battery inside the control unit.

For periodic testing, please note:
■
Clean the flue gas routes and chimney 3 to 5 days
before testing. Run the boiler for at least 24 h
between cleaning and testing.
■
Heat up the boiler for approx. 1 hour before the test.
Ideally, the heating water buffer cylinder temperature
should be below 40 °C. Only half fill the combustion
chamber.
■
If the Lambda probe shows less than 20 % O
2
when
cold, clean the probe and calibrate it.
■
Observe test points:
Inlet path 2 D (2 times chimney diameter), outlet path
1- 2 D (1 to 2 times chimney diameter), extract gas
from the core flow. Test points must not be located
directly at the flue gas fan or upstream of flue bends.
