Clean the electrode with a small
brush (not with a wire brush) or
emery paper.

Check all clearances. If the gaps
are not as specified or the elec-
trode is damaged, replace and
align the electrode together with
new gaskets. Tighten the electrode
fixing screws. (2.5 Nm approx.).
Cleaning the heating surfaces
If required, clean heating surfaces

with a brush or flush with water.

Important information
Scratches on parts which are in
contact with flue gases can
lead to corrosion.
Only use plastic brushes and
NOT wire brushes.
