Swimming pool heating
Note
■
Swimming pool heating is activated via external
extension H1 with KM BUS.
■
Connections to external extension H1
only
in
accordance with the separate "connection and wiring
diagram" sheet 180, sheet 181, sheet 182.
■
Connect
only
the circulation pump for swimming
pool heating to plug
gÖ
of external extension H1. A
filter circuit pump must be connected separately.
■
If the components for swimming pool water heating
are connected to external extension H1,
no
other
external function (e.g. changeover of operating
mode) can be connected.
Cascade control via LON
The following communication modules (accessories)
must be fitted in the heat pump control units:
■
LON communication module for the cascade in the
lead appliance
■
LON communication module in lag heat pumps
Connections for LON
only
in accordance with the sep-
arate "connection and wiring diagram" sheet 212.
Electric booster heater (on-site)
Only on-site appliances can be used (e.g. instantane-
ous heating water heater, immersion heater in heating
water buffer cylinder).
■
Connection
:
–
Appliance installation instructions
–
Electrical connection, see separate "connection
and wiring diagram" sheet 110.
■
Installation inside the Vitocal 300-G Pro/
Vitocal 300-W Pro is
not
possible.
Power supply
Isolators for non-earthed conductors
■
The mains isolator simultaneously isolates all non-
earthed conductors from the mains with a minimum
contact separation of 3 mm.
■
We additionally recommend installing an AC/DC-
sensitive RCD (RCD class B
) for DC (fault)
currents that can occur with energy efficient equip-
ment.
Danger
Incorrectly executed electrical installations can
result in injuries from electrical current and in
appliance damage.
Connect the power supply and implement all
safety measures (e.g. RCD circuit) in accord-
ance with the following regulations:
■
IEC 60364-4-41
■
VDE regulations
■
Technical connection requirements specified
by the local power supply utility
■
Protect the power supply to the heat pump
control unit with an MCB/ fuse of max. 16 A.
