Audio Display Zones
The LCD display uses four distinct zones to
provide the rider with audio system
information.
1. Entertainment Icons: Displays the
entertainment source.
Tip:
iPod will be displayed whenever an iPod or
iPhone is connected via USB. The number
“1” designates “Driver Source”.
2. Bluetooth Device Status Meters / NAV:
Battery and signal strength meters are shown
for paired devices. NAV is displayed when
navigation system transmits voice
commands.
3. Menu Titles: When this zone is displayed a
line will separate it from zone four. Zone three
describes the menu you are viewing below
the line. Anytime zone three is not
underlined, it will display now playing
information or an error / prompt.
4. Track or Station Information / Menu Choices:
When a menu is displayed, this zone
contains menu choice. At all other times,
radio station, artist, album, song, call, or error
information populates zones three and four.
Audio System Power
Turn the power switch ON to use the audio
system.
Tip:
To prevent battery drain when the engine is
not running, power will automatically turn off
after 5 minutes.
To turn the audio
system on, press
and release MODE
or one of the
volume buttons.
The screen will display the last active
entertainment source. The volume level
when power is turned on will default to the
level in use when power was last turned off
(limited to level 15).
Audio System Volume
Audio is active in either the speakers or the
headsets. The volume controls will adjust
the volume in the speakers or in the driver’s
Bluetooth headset.
Tip:
On some headsets, the user must press (+)
or (-) or rotate the volume dial on the head-
set controls to raise or lower volume.
