SET UP FOR TOOL INSTALLED AROUND PIPE
1. Remove grooving head and cut off head from front of gear plate.
2. Separate the two halves of the gear plate by loosening the hex nuts at the joint.
3. Release the gear plate swing plates, and separate the gear halves and remove the lower half from the
main frame. Then roll the other gear half out of engagement with the pinion and remove it from the
main frame.
