what is the web viewer?
The Web Viewer is an application software program for a PC (for web browser) that provides user-friendly interface for easier access and
use over the network, to access NVR remotely, view or search live / recorded videos and control NVR.

The following is the minimum hardware and operating system requirements to run Web RA.

Some web browsers other than Internet Explorer may not fully function.

Using the iP address

- If using a fixed (external) IP, enter the external IP that is specified in the NVR in the address bar of the web browser.
Ex) If the internal IP address is set to "http://222.112.4.48:8080" (192.xxx.xxx.xxx), no access from outside is allowed.

- Enter the DDNS address and web service port in the address bar of the browser.

In a router network, you have to set the "Port Forwarding" and "DMZ Setting" to allow access from outside.
For the necessary settings of the router, refer to the user manual of the router or contact the manufacturer of the router.
