Application
Two-way safety valve DBV 1 – 02 is designed for central heating boilers protection against overheating.
In the valve body there is the drain and refill valve controlled by thermostatic element. Once the limit
temperature has been achieved the drain and refill valves open simultaneously it means cold water flows
into boiler and at the same time hot water is drained from the boiler. Once the temperature has dropped
below the limit value the drain and refill valve are closed simultaneously.
ATTENTION! It does not substitute for the safety valve.
