Operating the boiler by user
The boiler is operated automatically depending on the regulating elements settings, and a user may only perform the following
service activities, with which a specialist commissioning the boiler has to acquainted him/her:
1.
Boiler switching-off or switching-off
with help of a network switch situated on the electric panel of the boiler.
2.
Boiler operation control by means of a selected regulation
, which is always delivered with a separate service instructions.
3.
Settings and checks
of the required
heating water temperature.
Set the boi
ler thermostat to the maximum temperature of 85 °C. As
far as the boiler is regulated by only a boiler thermostat, it is necessary to adjust temperature in a range between 45 °C to 85 °C.
4.
Setting of domestic hot water temperature
(only in case of connection of a stack heater) on the heater thermostat without regulation or
with a room thermostat or with a superior regulation.
To ensure sufficiently fast hot water heating, it is necessary to observe the
minimum difference of 15 °C in temperatures setting on the heater thermostat and the boiler (set the boiler thermostat in the
"Maximum" position).
A time necessary to hot water heating depends on the volume and the heating power (it is different for different
types of heaters).
Provided the connection of the stack heater and the boiler is performed according to the recommended scheme of connection, hot water
heating is being performed preferentially toward heating. After the water heater is warmed up to the required temperature, the three-way
valve is switched-over to the heating position. Heating water flows from the boiler to the heating radiators, and the boiler continues to
work till the time of switching-off of the room regulator or the equitherm regulator. In case no heating is necessary (a room or equitherm
regulator is opened), the circulating pump is switched-off together with the boiler, and
the backflow valve situated between the pump
and the three-way valve prevents from self-acting water circulation in the heating system
.
5.
Power switch control (only for boilers equipped with two-stage gas valve)
The boiler power is being switched-over depending on
outdoor temperature from the low to nominal value by means of an outdoor thermostat. If the power switch is in the positions I, the boiler -
in case of outdo
or temperature higher than 0 ºC - will be operated with the low power. In case that outdoor temperature drops under 0 ºC,
the boiler sill be operated with the nominal power. If the power switch is switched-over to the position II, the boiler will be operated
permanently with the nominal - it means high - power. (See table 3)
6.
In case of a failure state
, the fail will be signaled on the automatics. The most usual causes of failures and possibilities of their removal
are described in chapter No. 15. A user may only remove defects marked by a symbol
„*“. In case of electric power outage, the burner is
put out of operation and after electric power renewal in the electric power network, a new start of the burner will be automatically
performed. Unblocking of the defect is to be performed by means of the "unblocking" button situated on the electric panel.
7.
Safety thermostat unblocking
Provided the boiler is switched-off by the safety thermostat, the "overheated" indicator lamp on the
control panel of the boiler will light up. The thermostat (TB) unblocking may be performed by a user in the bottom part of the electric panel
bracket after demounting of the cladding part. The thermostat switching-off can be caused by several causes, see chapter No. 15.
8.
Flue gases reverse flow safety device unblocking
Provided the boiler is switched-off by the safety device, the "overheated" indicator
lamp on the control panel will light up. The safety device (TS) unblocking may be performed by a user in the bottom part of the electric
panel bracket after demounting of the cladding part.

Maintenance
All maintenance interventions may be performed by only a contractual service organization trained by the manufacturer
.
1.
Disconnect the boiler from the electric power supply network.
2.
Close the gas supply to the boiler.
3.
Disconnect the burner from the gas supply.
4.
To maintain the boiler, take out the front cladding of the boiler.
5.
Disconnect the igniting and watching conductors of the ignition pilot burner.
6.
After releasing the fixing nuts (4 pcs of M8 nuts) of the automatics with a HIGH-LOW coil and the gas pipeline, the burner may be taken
out from the combustion chamber in the forward direction.
7.
Demount the upper cladding part and the thermal insulation.
8.
Unscrew the cover of the draught diverter.
