Filling the heating system with water.
The heating system has to be thoroughly flushed to wash-away all impurities that could be
deposited in the distributions or the heating radiators and consequently could cause a damage of the pump.
Water serving for watering the heating system has to be clean and colorless, without suspended substances, without oil and without
chemically aggressive substances.
Its hardness must comply with ČSN 07 7401 and in case that water hardness does not comply with
the requirements, water has to be prepared. Even multiple heating water with higher hardness will not prevent from excluding salts on the
walls of the boiler drum. Sedimentation of 1 mm of limestone reduces the heat transmission from metal to water by 10% in the given
place.
