INSTALL DROP SENSOR
Next, position the drop sensor harness and other cables so
they are clear of green LED’s to reduce potential malfunction
when machine is operational.
Then, peel backing from hinge side
Plastic Diverter
(VE9314)
, then mount top plate on drop sensor, attach
diverter to studs, and tighten nuts on studs.
Finally, remove the double-sided tape from the
Magnet
(VE9308A)
and hold in right hand corner of the vend door
until the green LED illuminates. Next, place magnet in iden-
tified location, then move the bucket flap until it touches the
magnet and release the bucket flap.
NOTE:
Check that drop sensor assembly is not tilted or
twisted after mounting.
NOTE:
Move the bucket flap up and down. Green LED on
sensor board should illuminate when the door is 1/2 to 2/3
of the way open, and LED should turn off when delivery
door is 3/4 closed.
