Position the magnetic end bar (6) in such a way
that the level of the liquid is at least 20 mm below
the top of the welding cap pass (1).
This prevents liquid escaping during vacuum
packing. Otherwise, this could damage the welding
seam.

IMPORTANT
Interrupt what you are doing if liquid leaks into the vacuum chamber. Switch off the vacuum
pump and turn the main switch to 0 (OFF). Fir st of all, clean the vacuum chamber, then the
filling plates and the welding bars. Dry any parts which get wet!
IMPORTANT
If possible, only package products once they have cooled down! The warmer the products are,
the more difficult it is to create a vacuum. Serious evaporation can be prevented with the aid of
the evaporation levels. For more information, read the section on “Programming”.
