6. Connection of the ignition plates
Before you mount the ignition plate into
the cannon, the remote control must be
switched off and the switch on the
monitoring unit must be in the
RESET/TEST
position. During this
activity you should wear safety glasses
and gloves. Insert the ignition plate only
in accordance with the following pictures
and make sure you firmly tighten the
associated screws. A small amount of
force may be required to insert the
ignition plate due to the tight tolerances
during manufacture. The 30-pin plug that
connects to the ignition plate has a
position key molded into it and therefore
can not be incorrectly connected. The
ignition plate can be inserted in one of
two positions (180 degrees). The EMG-
30 will function in ether mounting
position.. The only difference is in which
direction the lead will exit. Always check
the tightness of the 8 screws M2x12,
with which the ignition plate is held. Put
the switch on the monitoring unit in to
the
FIRE
position only before the use of
the ignition control EMG-30. Immediately
after the use of the ignition control EMG-
30 is finished the switch on the
monitoring unit must be put to the
RESET/TEST
position, and the ignition
plate should be disconnected. By the
proper use of the monitoring unit the
safe use of the EMG-30 is ensured.
6. Anschluß der Zündplatinen
Bevor Sie die Zündplatine in die Kanone
einführen, muß die Fernsteuerung
ausgeschaltet sein und der Schalter auf
der Kontrolleinheit auf die Position
RESET / TEST
gelegt werden. Bei
dieser Tätigkeit, wie im Betrieb sind Sie
verpflichtet Augen und Handschutz zu
tragen. Bauen Sie die Zündplatine nur
gemäß den nachfolgenden Bildern ein
und stellen Sie den festen Sitz der
zugehörigen Schrauben sicher. Es
bedarf etwas Fingerspitzengefühl, die
Zündplatinen einzuführen, da alle Teile
sehr paßgenau gefertigt sind. Der
Stecker des 30-poligen Anschlußkabels
hat eine Positionsnase und kann daher
nicht falsch angesteckt werden. Die
Zündplatine selbst kann entweder mit
lesbarer Aufschrift, oder auf den Kopf
gedreht eingebaut werden. An der
Funktion des EMG-30 ändert sich
dadurch nichts. Der einzige Unterschied
ist in welche Richtung das
Anschlußkabel zeigt. Achten Sie auf
festen Sitz der 8 Schrauben M2x12, mit
denen die Zündplatine gehalten wird.
Legen Sie den Schalter auf der
Kontrolleinheit erst unmittelbar vor der
Verwendung der Zündsteuerung EMG-
30 auf die Position
FIRE
. Sofort nach
der Benutzung der Zündsteuerung EMG-
30 ist der Schalter auf der Kontrolleinheit
wieder auf die Position
RESET / TEST
zu legen, und die Zündplatine ist zu
entfernen. Durch die sachgemäße
Verwendung der Kontrolleinheit ist ein
Höchstmaß an Komfort und
Bediensicherheit gewährleistet.
