To know the real width value for a peak, click on the
button in the
Galaxie Chromatography Data System and the following screen will
appear:
Select the peak of interest and then Width 50% and the corresponding value is displayed
(in minute).
Based on your assessment of what may constitute noise, or unwanted peaks adjust the
S/N value either up or down from the preset 8.
