Enter the Delay time in the corresponding field.
This is the length
of time that the peak sense relay will be delayed between
the time that it is triggered and the time that the relay is
actually activated.
Enter the time program for the Peak Sensor parameters.
In the column Peak Relay, choose which type of peak sensing
action will be done, None, Time Slice, Peak Sense, Level Sense
or Pulse Relay.
The Peak Sensor relay is only activated in the following states:
ready, running and stopped. When the acquisition reaches the
end time Peak sense, Level Sense and Time Slice functions are
turned off.
Peak Sense:
The Peak Sense function can be used when you want to control
the sample collector to collect the total sample represented by
the total peak area of selected peaks, and collect this sample in a
single fraction.
When this function is activated peak start, peak valley, and peak
end activate the Peak Sensor relay. It is necessary to adjust
Width and S/N Ratio (signal to noise threshold) for optimal
results. Width adjusts the bunching rate for the peak sensing
algorithm and works best when adjusted to a value slightly less
than the peak width (in seconds) at half height. The S/N
threshold can be used to suppress small peaks (use a higher S/N
value, holding Width constant). The Peak Sense function is
turned on and off by time programming.
Level Sense:
The Level Sense function can be used when you want to control
the sample collector to collect the total sample represented by
the total peak area of selected peaks, and collect this sample in a
single fraction.
When this function is activated the signal going above or below a
threshold activate the Level Sense relay. It is necessary to adjust
