Loosen the plastic butterfly nut

on the left side of the adaptor by 2-3 turns.

If you press strongly on the plastic butterfly nut

towards the V-belt

and between the collar nut

and the moulding wall

, a gap exceeding 0mm appears, the tensioner draw bar
5
needs adjustment.
6.
Loosen the counternut
6
(closer to the V-belt) by 1 turn -
2x wrench 13 mm.
7.
Slide the tensioner draw bar

from the groove in the side of the chassis forward and then slide it out to unload the pulley

8.
Press by hand on the plastic butterfly nut

towards the V-belt so the belt
2
is tensioned as much as possible.
9.
Remove the collar nut
3
so its collar is aligned with the moulding wall
4
of the adaptor frame -
1x wrench 13 mm.
10. Insert the tensioner draw bar

into the groove in the moulding wall

. Loosen the collar nut
3
by one more turn -
1x wrench
13 mm.
11. Tighten the counternut

2x wrench 13 mm.
12. Check whether the tensioner draw bar
5
slides into the groove – the draw bar must pose resistance to the movement, it may
not move freely! Adjust accordingly.
2.5.5 V-Belt Change
Replace the V-belt with a new one
every time cracks or ruptures appear on the surface of the belt and also when the belt is worn
sufficiently by the operation that it can no longer be tensioned with its tensioning pulley.
If you are not sufficiently manually skilled, have the operations done by an authorized service centre.

Detach the adaptor from the
RAPTOR Hydro
multifunctional carrier.

Remove the plastic belt cover - six M6x16 screws (see chap.
2.4.1.2 Machine Assembly Procedure
)-
2x wrenches
or a wrench and socket 10 mm.

Remove the two M6 collar nuts

on the plate of the belt guide

next to the driven pulley

. Remove the plate

Loosen the nut

of the guide

on the tensioning pulley

and turn the guide 90° to the back.

Remove the V-belt

and replace it with a new one.

Install the belt guide plate

Turn the guide

back and firmly tighten the nut

Attach the adaptor to the
RAPTOR Hydro
multifunctional carrier and adjust the tensioning pulley according to chap.
9.
Install the plastic belt cover back - six M6x16 screws (see chap.
2.4.1.2 Machine Assembly Procedure
