1. Place a rag over the expansion tank cap.
2. Loosen cap to the first detent then step back for a few seconds.
3. Remove the expansion tank cap.
4. The expansion tank must be full of coolant.
5. Replace the cap.
6. The coolant level in the overflow bottle must be between the ‘Max’ and ‘Min’
marks.
