The valve will initiate regeneration at the next set
regeneration time after the set interval of days between
regenerations is reached.
BY IMMEDIATE
VOLUME
The valve will initiate regeneration as soon as the
volume of treated water between regenerations
reaches zero.
AFTER
DELAYED
VOLUME
This is the most commonly used setting. When the
volume of treated water between
regenerations reaches zero the valve will start regener-
ation at the next set time.
MIXED RE-
GENERATION
(VOLUME OR
TIME)
When the volume of treated water between regenera-
tions reaches zero, the valve will initiate regeneration
at the next set time. If the number of days set between
regenerations reaches zero before the volume, then
the valve will initiate regeneration at the next set regen-
eration time.

TIME FOR RE-
GENERATION
Set the time of day at which the regeneration is done.

REGENERATE
Use to set the number of days between regenerations.
7 REG. CAP.
Set the volume between regenerations. It is used to
determine how many litres it will treat between two
regenerations

REVERSE
WASHING
Set the duration for reverse flushing (countercurrent to
the direction of operation) of the medium.
9 BRINE FEEDING
Set the length of time the medium is fed with brine for
regeneration. The process is carried out flowing in the
same direction as the running direction.
10 RINSE
Set the rinsing time of the resin bed with water to re-
move traces of brine. The process is carried out flowing
in the same direction as the running direction.
11 REFILL
Set the time to refill the pot with brine to have the brine
available for the next regeneration.
