11. Micro-granulate motor
voltage
WS9 is overloaded so the thermal overload protection has tripped.
The motor can be restarted as soon as the thermal protection has cooled.
Check the output and clean if a blockage has occurred.
12. Fertiliser motor voltage
WS9 is overloaded so the thermal overload protection has tripped.
The motor can be restarted as soon as the thermal protection has cooled.
Check the output and clean if a blockage has occurred.
13. Current too high for
MOSFET sowing
There is thermal overload of the seed motor.
Check the hub and seed disc setting on the motor shaft.
14. Current too high for
MOSFET micro-granulate
There is thermal overload of the micro-granulate motor.
Check and clean the output unit if it has stopped.
15. Current too high for
MOSFET fertiliser
There is thermal overload of the fertiliser motor.
Check and clean the output unit if it has stopped.
16. Programmable over-
current: seed
There is overload of the seed motor. The motor trips when the power supply exceeds
5 A.
Check the hub and seed disc setting on the motor shaft.
17. Programmable over-
current: micro-granulate
There is overload of the micro-granulate motor. The motor shuts down when the
power supply exceeds 1.5 A.
Check and clean the output unit if it has stopped.
18. Programmable over-
current: fertiliser
There is overload of the fertiliser motor. The motor shuts down when the power
supply exceeds 1.5 A.
Check and clean the output unit if it has stopped.
19. Temperature sensor
fault: seed
The temperature in the sensor is too high.
Switch off and wait until the sensor has cooled.
20. Temperature sensor
fault: micro-granulate
The temperature in the sensor is too high.
Switch off and wait until the sensor has cooled.
21. Temperature sensor
fault: fertiliser
The temperature in the sensor is too high.
Switch off and wait until the sensor has cooled.
22. Temperature too high:
seed
The machine will not start or stops because the system has been overloaded.
Check and clean the output unit if it has stopped.
Wait until the machine has cooled down. Upper limit 80°C.
23. Temperature too high:
micro-granulate
The machine will not start or stops because the system has been overloaded.
Check and clean the output unit if it has stopped.
Wait until the machine has cooled down. Upper limit 80°C.
