The highest possible level of cleanliness should be
observed when replacing sealing kits. Be careful not to
damage any surface of the hydraulic components while
working and that all gaskets are mounted correctly. Check
the components for abnormal wear and tear, for example
burrs or scratches which may indicate the presence of dirt
in the hydraulic system or wrongly-weighted components.

CrossCutter
Warning: Sharp CrossCutter Knife blades! Wear
gloves when handling.
On CrossCutter Knife you can change both individual
blades and a complete CrossCutter Knife roller.

1. Undo screws and nuts (A).
2. Change the CrossCutter Knife blade and tighten
screws and nuts (A). Use a tightening torque of 78
Nm.

1. Undo four screws (A) on each side (B) of the knife
roller. Keep the washers for the screws to hand.
2. Loosen the roller arm (C) at the rubber mounting on
one side.
3. Replace the CrossCutter Knife roller and tighten the
four screws (A) and then the roller leg (C). Use a
tightening torque of 78 Nm.

System Disc
Make sure the front tools are securely supported.
Be sure to keep dirt away whenever work needs
to be performed on the bearing!
9.8.1
Changing discs
In order to maintain optimum working depth and
work results, we recommend that you replace
your discs when wear to the diameter reaches
15%.
