Scrapping and recycling
When the machine or any of its parts are worn out,
Väderstad AB recommends that scrapping be carried out
according to applicable regulations in order to avoid toxic
and environmentally hazardous materials ending up in the
environment.
During its lifespan:
•
Replaced wear parts in steel should sent to metal
scrapping companies.
•
Replaced wear parts in rubber, plastic or the like
should be sent to the appropriate recycling facility.
•
Oil, oil filters, batteries, and other electrical
components may have a negative impact on the
environment and should be sent to the appropriate
recycling facilities.
In the case of scrapping:
•
The machine mostly consists of steel that is suitably
scrapped by an authorised metal scrapping company.
•
Other components should be taken care of according
to local recycling regulations.
