Measure the diameter of the disc; minimum recom-
mended measurements are given in the table.
Block the disc using a wood block or similar to prevent it
from rotating. Tighten the disc screws clockwise to a
torque of 105 Nm.
9.8.2
Changing the disc arm
Make sure the front tools are securely supported.
Be sure to keep dirt away whenever work needs
to be performed on the bearing!

1. Undo the screws (A).
2. Take off the old disc arm and fit a new one (B).
3. Install the rubber rods (C).
Wet the rubber rods with soapy water to
make them easier to fit.
4. Tighten the screws (A) to 120 Nm.

1. Remove the disc and undo the nut (A). The bearing
can now be removed from the stub axle.
2. Make sure that the gudgeon is thoroughly cleaned.
3. Mount the O-ring (B) and hub on the stub axle. Fit a
new nut (A) and tighten it to a torque of 285 Nm.
4. Mount the disc.
