RS-232 Serial Control
The AV Bridge MATRIX PRO has three (3) discrete camera control ports which eliminates the need for daisy-
chaining control cabling. With MATRIX PRO, all cabling configurations are home run wiring configurations. Each
channel will auto-configure the input channel for control of the camera attached.
Vaddio uses simple control protocols to accomplish custom programming with the RS-232 Input of the AV Bridge
MATRIX PRO.

The DE-9F Connector may require a null modem to reverse Tx and Rx, depending on the application.
Command List

focus is described separately from camera home.
Camera commands
The base command camera is used to access camera control functionality. Used in conjunction with control
arguments including home, pan, tilt, zoom, preset etc. The camera number
must
be specified.

Camera home
Moves the specified camera to the home position.
