Bottling
Bottling involves preserving food in glass jars.
A
Only use undamaged jars.
A
Fill and seal the jars in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

Put a maximum of five jars – ideally of the same size and each holding no more
than1 litre – in the original baking tray and place at level
2
in the cold cooking
space, as shown in the diagram. The jars should not touch one another.

Set the
operating mode to150 °C and heat for about 35–40 minutes until the
liquid in the jars starts to bubble.

Set the cooking space temperature to 0 °C and allow the jars to sterilise for 40
minutes.
A
Press the
button, switching off the operating mode, and leave the appliance
door open in the at-rest position.

Leave the jars in the cooking space to cool down completely. Finally, check that
the jars are sealed.
