Remedy/actions to take
Ice is not dispensing
After the appliance and water supply line have been
installed, it will take 10–24 hours for ice to be produced.
Check whether the water line is connected and the water
valve is open.
Check that the water line is not obstructed or bent.
Check whether “ice off” is deactivated and “cubed” or
“crushed” is activated.
Check whether the ice cubes are being blocked in the ice
bucket or chute.
Check whether the temperature setting in the freezer
compartment is low enough. Set it to a lower setting if
necessary.
Water dispenser not working
Check whether the water line is connected and the water
valve is open.
Check that the water line is not obstructed or bent.
Check whether the water filter is installed correctly.
