Please register your appliance online immediately at

→Warranty registration. This will allow you to take advantage of the best possible support in the
event of an fault in the appliance during the warranty period. You will require the serial number
(SN) and appliance designation to complete the registration process. This information can be
found on the identification plate for your appliance.

Requesting repairs
If you are in Switzerland, you can contact your nearest service centre directly and free of
charge on our service hotline – 0800 850 850. When requesting repairs over the phone,
we will agree on an appointment for us to visit you as soon as possible.
