ing, no steam
is visibly gener-
ated ▪ The temperature of
the cooking space is
over 100 °C. No solution required: Steam over
100° C is not visible.
▪ The control
panel steams
up ▪ Steam escaping from
operating modes that
use steam. Briefly steaming up is normal.
▸ When closing the appliance door
make sure that it forms a seal all the
way round.
▸ If it continues to steam up heavily,
call Customer Services.
▪ The appliance
makes noises
during opera-
tion ▪ Appliance can make
noises at any time
during operation (e.g.
switching, pumping
and fan noises). Such noise is normal.
▪ Clock is not
running cor-
rectly ▪ Irregular mains fre-
quency ▸ Turn off the mains synchronization.

▸ Connect the appliance to the internet.
▸ The time is automatically synchron-
ized.

9.3 After a power failure
The user settings remain unchanged.
Brief power failure during operation
– The current operation of the appliance is cancelled.
– The following appears in the display when the appliance is switched on: «Power
failure. Operation cancelled».
▸ Confirm the message with «OK».
– The applications menu appears in the display.
Brief power failure during descaling
– The descaling process is interrupted.
– The following appears in the display when the appliance is switched on: «Power
failure. Descaling is resumed.»
▸ Confirm the message with «OK».
– The descaling process resumes.
