9 Trouble-shooting

▪ «Residual heat
– Do not re-
move the water
tank.» ▪ The temperature of
the water in the boiler
is too high. ▸ Wait for it to cool down (this can take
up to 30 minutes).
For safety reasons, the water is not
pumped off until it has dropped below a
certain temperature.
The appliance can still be used.
▪ «Descaling
failed – Appli-
ance was not
descaled.» ▪ Used unsuitable de-
scaler. ▸ Descale again using the recommen-
ded descaler.
▪ Descaling was not
carried out correctly. ▸ If the message does not disappear
after repeating the descaling process
several times, note down the error
message in full along with the serial
number (SN) (see page 61).
▸ Contact Customer Services.
▪ «Please fill with
water – but the
water tank is
still full.» ▪ Boiler filling error ▸ Remove the water tank and then slot
straight back into position.
▸ If the error appears again, note down
the error message in full along with
the serial number (SN) (see page
61).
