By tapping the menu Local device the following screen is displayed:
The different menus are explained here below:
Display Name
: it can be used to change the monitor name selected in the fi rst con fi guration phase. The selected
name is visible in the address book of other monitors - if any.
Changing the name of the monitor is done by tapping the menu
Display Name
: a text box opens and by clicking
on it via a keypad, the name can be changed.
Apartment Code
: function not to be used if there is a single apartment in the system.
Set as “Master” Video door phone
: it can be used to con fi gure a monitor as “Master” or “Slave” depending on
requirements. This feature should be used if multiple monitors have been added to the system and a “Master”
one should be converted to a “Slave” one and vice versa (always bearing in mind that there should be a single
“Master” monitor in any one system). This function is initially only available on the “Master” monitor. If the “Master”
monitor is converted into a “Slave” monitor, this option also becomes available on the “Slave” monitors which at
this point, may become “Master”.
Call forwarding user name
: (option

Adjust date and time : allows you to change the date and time on a monitor as described in the previous paragraph.
The change is then extended to any other monitors in the system.
10.1.1.1 HOW TO ENABLE THE REMOTE FUNCTION
Proceed as follows to enable the Remote function on the kit Ref. 1060/601:
1) Install the Call2U app on your smartphone,
2) Make sure that the home router can access the Internet,
3) Appropriately con fi gure the Max monitor.
Steps 1 and 3 will be described in greater detail below.
HOW TO INSTALL THE ‘’Call2U’’ APP ON YOUR SMARTPHONE AND CREATE A REMOTE USER
The app is available for smartphones running Android or iOS.
After installing it, a user must be created on the sip.urmet.com server.
To do this, after starting the app:
1)
Touch the
Settings
icon,
2) Touch the
Wizard
menu,
3) Touch the
Sign up on sip.urmet.com menu
.
At this point, a page opens where to enter the following fi elds:
User name,
Password,
Con
fi rm password,
Email.
Then touch the
Sign up
menu. An email will be sent to the entered address. Then click on the link in the email to
