Wiring and Connection Template 

Use the following template to record the connections and devices in the 
system before display setup. For the Output Ports section, place an X inside 
the appropriate box, indicating the port number and the function it connects. 
For the Input Ports section, describe what is connected to each port  
(e.g., thermostat, zone control module, relay, etc.). Check the box at the end 
of the descriptions to indicate if that connection is wired. Use the section 
provided for Programmed Output Ports in the same manner.

Note:

  When wiring, use the Demand Input Label as a guide. Inputs and 

ports may not line up with the Demand Input Label.

Setup and Commissioning

Prior to beginning any setup or commissioning function, check the following:

•  The wiring is complete.
•  The wiring and device connections are recorded properly on the  

sheet provided.

• The wiring compartments are enclosed.
•  The display is lit and showing the Uponor logo, default date and time 

and outdoor temperature.
