output signal specifications are as follows:
Pin No. 1 -- 2, Resonator Shutter Open:
When the resonator shutter is open, this
circuit is closed.
Pin No. 3 -- 9 and 19 -- 21 , Shutters 1 through 6:
When shutters 1 through 6 are
open, their associated circuits are closed.
