If the laser can be started, [ACK] is returned. If the laser cannot be started, [NAK] is
returned to the host computer. Causes preventing laser start are as follows:
a.
An error has occurred.
b.
HV is turned off.
c.
The capacitor has not been charged to the set voltage.
d.
The system is not selecting external communication control.
