Remote control connection:
It is possible to connect the remote control to TIG torch and CS501 wire feeder, YH120 WIRE FEEDER and the
adapter for LN-25. The remote control circuit can regulate the welding voltage in the CV mode and switch the
welding power source, it is connected to the front panel by means of multi-pole connector when the remote control is
connected to the wire feeder or gun trigger plug, it is functional and automatically excludes the front panel regulation
especially for the CC mode.(optional)
FCAW MODE:
the remote control can be connected from the front panel to the connector on the wire feeder
(YH120), in this case it is necessary to switch the welder and wire feeder so they can operate and it can adjust the
welding
voltage in the wire feeder, and you can read the pre-voltage on the digital meter of the wire feeder YH120.
MIG MODE:
The remote control can be connected from the front panel to the connector on the wire feeder (CS501)
, in this case it is necessary to switch the welder so the operator can use the wire feeder and they can adjust the
welding voltage and welding current (wire speed) in the wire feeder. If using the LN-25P wire feeder, it should install
the adapter box.
TIG mode:
the remote control can be connected to the gun trigger plug of the TIG torch, in this case it can switch
the welder using the torch gun trigger, so it can weld (the OCV of the TIG MODE is 0V when the trigger is not pressed)
