Functional and operation instruction
This function adjust’s the output current of the welding power
source. Turning the knob pre-set’s the desired current. It is only
used for MMA / TIG / CELLULOSE / GOUGING.
This function adjust”s the output voltage of the welding power
source. Turning the knob pre-set’s the voltage. It is only used for
MIG AND FCAW mode.
This function adjust’s the hot start current. The hot start current
range is 0-200A, and has stepless adjustment. The hot start
function is only used when MMA or CELLULOSE mode is selected.
Adjusting the arc force during welding will change the short
circuit current. It can be adjusted to optimise welding ARC
charcteristics with a variety of electrodes and is only used when
MMA or CELLULOSE mode is selected.
It is used for MIG/FCAW mode, when this switch is “ON”, the OCV
for CV mode is about 73VDC. When this switch is “OFF” the OCV
is controlled by remote control, or vlotage regulation knob.
