Synopsis
Selects which request’s configuration is accessed through TSI_TS_OF_EXT_APP. Please
see table below for request ID values currently defined:

This ID has special meaning for configuring the external
application. Setting the external application with this setting
clears the internal list and sets the default application.
Reading the external application with this setting will only
read the default application and leave internal list
unchanged.
