In case of three phase burner and/or pump, convenient relays have to be foreseen.
The terminals 22 and 23 may be used for the connection of an additional recirculating pump.

4.1 - FUNCTIONS
DESCRIPTION
The TRISECAL 3P boilers can be supplied
with an electronic panel board complete with
a digital outer compensator with built-in
microcomputer and permanent memory.
The TRISECAL 3P boilers, may operate in
sliding temperature between 40 to 90°C.
The management of the C.H. installation is
made via the outer compensator which, in
addition to the direct control of the burner
and a loading pump of a storage tank, can
also control two different heating zones,
(provided convenient flow and return manifolds
are available).
The automatic operation is made on the base
of the data detected by the boiler and storage
tank sensors, the flow sensor (to be fitted

only when a mixing valve is there) and the
outer and room sensors.
The outer compensator is capable to control
several heating system configurations:
-
one direct zone C.H. system without
mixing valve: the flow sensor has not to
be fitted; the outer compensator controls
only the pump of the C.H. system No. 1.
-
C.H. installation with one heating mixed
zone: a flow sensor has to be fitted
(downstream the mixing valve); the outer
compensator controls the C.H. pump and
the mixing valve.
-
two zone C.H. system: one direct and one
with mixing valve; the outer compensator
controls: the C.H. pump of the unmixed
zone (provided a second room sensor is
fitted in this zone), the mixing valve and
the C.H. pump of the mixed zone.
The outer compensator sensors (boiler,
storage tank, outer and flow) are included in
the supply; the room sensors for the C.H.
systems No.1 and No. 2 are optionals.
The mixing valve and the relevant motor are
not supplied by Unical.
