For   the   following   maintenance   and   repair   work   the   internal   sprinkler   subassembly   must   be   
removed.         

1.

 

Locate   and   unscrew   the   2   (qty)   Allen-­‐head   fasteners   that   secure   the   top   of   the   M-­‐
160   to   the   internal   drive   subassembly.      Use   a   #5mm   Allen   wrench.   

2.

 

Remove   the   8   (qty)   fasteners   located   down   inside   the   sprinkler   body.      Use   a   13   mm   
socket   with   one   or   more   extensions   as   shown   in   Figure   12-­‐1.         

3.

 

Carefully   remove   the   internal   sprinkler   subassembly   out   of   the   housing.   

4.
