SIZES
Different sizes are available depending both on the bed measures and the size of the patient. Our company offers the manufacture of special sizes upon customer request.
INSTALLATION
The following steps must be considered to install the Bed Restraints Pack:
- Place the belt on the bed. Verify the correct adaptation of the product to the measures of the bed.
- Use lateral straps to fix the product to the bed with the closure system of the kit (buckles). The fastening must be stable (without sliding upwards or downwards).
- Install the wristbands and heel-pads by following the same steps of the restraint belt.
- The mattress must not be pressed nor deformed.
- Make the bed with the bed protectors.
- Place the patient on the belt and fix him with the closure system of the product.
- The fastening must be carried out in a firm way but without making pressure on the patient.
- Place the wristbands on the hands and then the heel-pads on the heels.
In any case, our company recommends that the use and adjustment of the product must be carried out by qualified personnel: Orthopaedic technicians or health professionals.
CLEANING/DISINFECTION
PADDED MATERIAL: Hand and machine washable at 40ºC. Do not use abrasive products. Dry in a horizontal position. Do not expose to direct heat sources as heaters.
CANVAS MATERIAL: Hand and machine washable at 95ºC. Do not use abrasive products. Do not iron.
POLYPROPYLENE MATERIAL: Hand and machine washable at 95ºC. Do not use abrasive products. Do not iron.
SANITIZED MATERIAL: Hand washable with cold water. Do not use abrasive products. Use a soft program in washing machine. Dry in a horizontal position. Do not iron. Do not
use bleach. Do not dry clean.
SECURITY
The product must fit the necessities of the user and also the dimensions of the chair/armchair where is going to be used.
ATTENTION:
The professional supervision by an expert is recommended.
