To ensure that the clamshell is centered do one of the following:
•  measure from the pipe OD to the Housing ID. 
•  Use a dial indicator to sweep around the outside diameter of the pipe. 

12. 

Before you do additional centering or squaring, loosen the Adjustable Bars 

before you move the Clamshell. If you would like more information about 

alignment, contact Tri Tool Inc.

Model 612RBL-G2, 614RBL-G2, and 616RBL-G2

1. Tighten Jackscrews 1 and 2 to 10 ft-lb (14 Nm) of torque.
